SalonProKit may offer a free trial period. Billing begins only after the trial ends if the user continues with a paid plan.

Users should be able to cancel a subscription according to the plan terms. Cancellation timing may affect whether the next renewal is charged.

Refund requests should be evaluated according to subscription status, usage, billing date, and applicable consumer protection rules.

Payments, installments, and refunds may be processed through the selected payment provider, including Iyzico when enabled.
